Matthew Druce (PhD), CSO
Matt brings two decades of high-level analytical and field expertise to environmental and biological-geological-chemical challenges at local, regional, and global scale.
His technical grounding was established through development of novel analytical techniques in state-of-the-art clean laboratories and applied in programmes spanning some of the most extreme and remote environments on Earth — Antarctic sea ice, the Dry Valleys, and voyages across the Southern Ocean — where accuracy, communication and reliability are essential.
That same rigour and logistical adaptability carries into routine activities: from projects in estuaries, marinas, and urban catchments to rural streams and mountainous terrain, accessed on foot, by kayak, vessel, or road — whatever it takes for efficient, defensible sampling in hard-to-reach locations. All to answer specific questions.
Alexandria White, CEO
Alexandria guides the vision for growth, partnerships, and direction. Her multidisciplinary career, shaped by a curiosity to better understand people and the planet; has spanned the globe; encompassing complex ecosystems of the Great Lakes, North Atlantic, Caribbean, South Pacific, and Southern Ocean.
As an experienced ranger, advisor, educator, researcher, diver and skipper, she has a broadened perspective of environmental stewardship, and how important it is for both healthy ecosystems and economies.
As strategic lead, she focuses on translating complex environmental challenges into practical, science-backed solutions that create meaningful outcomes for communities, governments, businesses, and nature.
